Terms & conditions

The following terms and conditions set out the legal rules applicable to the IFHOH 2022 Budapest-Conference. Participants shall be bound by these terms and conditions upon registering for the Conference and are advised to read and understand these terms carefully before registering. The Organizer will not accept any conditions contradictory to ordeviant from these general terms and conditions.

Registration

Registration to the Conference must be done through the online registration system. Participants will receive an automatic confirmation of the registration details. If you do not obtain anything, please send an email to haban.zsuzsa@sinosz.hu sure that the Organizer has received your booking. Registration will only be effective on receipt of the registration rate or after authorization of credit card payment. Please notify any corrections to your registration immediately.

Rates and Payment Conditions

Travel, accommodation and meal expenses are excluded from registration rates and result in additional expenses.

We recommend using the online payment (Master Card, Visa) when registering for the Conference. The alternative is a bank transfer. See below the detailed bank information. After the online payment you will receive an automatic e-mail message that the transaction was successful. All payments are done in Euro.

VAT

27% Value Added Tax (VAT) is payable by all delegates and it includes the registration fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All the cancellations and changes must be sent to Miracoloso Event Ltd. (congress secretare) in written form.

Please note: the refunds will be processed starting from one month after the beginning of the congress. You will be charged 30 € as an administrative fee commission expense.

Participants, who do not cancel and do not attend, will still be responsible for the full registration rate.

All cancellations and changes must be submitted in written form – with indication of full name, invoice number and bank details for reimbursement – to: zsanett.reichardt@miracolosoevent.hu

·  Full refund for cancellations received before December 01, 2021 ( only 30 Euro admininstration fee will be charged)

·  50% refund for cancellations received between December 01, 2021 and February 28, 2022;

·  No registration refunds will be granted after March 01, 2022

The Organizer reserves the right to modify the content of the program, the speakers and the times of presentations.

PAYMENT

Last date of online payments: March 9, 2022

After receiving your registration form, you will receive a confirmation of successful registration. After receiving the confirmation, we ask you to transfer the registration fee in euros to the account below.

Please note all charges due to bank transfers have to paid by the senders.

We advise you to bring the proof of the payments with you when registering for the event in Budapest.

Please make sure to include your name in the transaction’s comment.

Conference Language

The conference language is English.

Liability

The Organizer does not accept liability for the up-to-dateness, correctness and completeness in respect to conference documentation and content.

The Organizer will not assume any responsibility what so ever for any damage or injury to persons or property during the Conference.
